Records are resolved by designation. No further action is required.
The company was founded to hold a single obligation: that a structure’s interior remains accounted for whether or not it can be reconciled with the boundary declared for it. Where the two disagree, both figures are recorded and neither is corrected.
That obligation has not changed, and the procedures written to discharge it have been revised rather than replaced. A form withdrawn in one revision is retained in the archive; a measurement superseded remains readable beside the measurement that superseded it.
