This bulletin states the company’s standing position where a declared volume and a measured volume disagree.

A discrepancy is not an error unless an error record exists. No error record exists for the discrepancies to which this bulletin is attached.

A new measurement may become applicable without invalidating the previous measurement. The measured figure is recorded. The declared figure is retained. Neither figure is amended to agree with the other.

Where a structural record refers to this bulletin, the discrepancy it carries has been submitted to Records Reconciliation and assessed. No further submission is required.

This bulletin remains in the archive while any public record refers to it.
